If you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email address and anything you write in your message. If you book a call, we receive the details you enter on the booking page. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare an audit or proposal.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us about our services. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations.
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking. Our fonts are hosted on the site itself, so loading a page does not send your data to third parties. The booking page opens on Calendly's own website, which has its own cookie policy.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@chockablock.agency and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
